The Advanced Project Management Certificate is intended for individuals who have experience as project managers and have either completed our Project Management program or some equivalent. Instructors assume that participants have prior exposure to the Project Management Institute (PMI) and its Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Those new to project management or who lack essential training in project planning and team management should earn our Project Management Certificate before considering the advanced courses.
