Program Overview
PSU’s Professional Development Center has Portland's only leadership development program rooted in the field of organizational development. Courses are designed to teach you the psychology behind why and how people react to change. Earn your organization development certificate that teaches strategies that address:
- Effective facilitation
- Meeting planning
- Teamwork management skills
- Group development
To earn the Certificate in Organization Development, complete the six organizational development courses and Capstone course. Organizational development courses are taught by practicing professionals and scheduled to meet the needs of working adults.
