Portland State University’s popular certificate program in Human Resource Management has provided concrete skills to students for over 20 years and continues to keep pace with the rapidly changing landscape. We offer an in-depth look at the HR function and focus on the diversity of human dynamics as well as the latest topics, trends, legal updates, and current practices that students can apply immediately in the workplace.
