This series is designed for any manager or emerging manager with at least two years of industry experience in a healthcare organization. On average, students have three to five years healthcare experience and some management experience.
The certificate meets the needs of healthcare managers from small and large organizations, the core competencies of a mid-level manager are the same anywhere.
