Each year, we work with dozens of organizations to offer professional development training programs onsite. We can bring any of our professional development programs to your organization, exactly as we offer them to the public or with any amount of customization you require. We also custom build programs on topics that we don’t currently offer for public enrollment.
Here are some examples of recent programs. They show you the variety of topics we cover. We do programs as short as a few hours all the way up to multisession programs that cover a series of topics over weeks or months.
Project Management
Our eight-day certificate in Project Management is tremendously popular throughout the Pacific Northwest. Participants learn a mix of planning and team-leadership skills to guide any project to success.
Accelerated Supervision
Our newest program, this five-day intensive series teachers your supervisors everything they need to know to hire and development top quality employees, all while following legal rules and guidelines.
Finance for the Non-Accountant
Our two-day course teaches managers how to read and interpret financial documents to make better day-to-day business decisions.
Workplace Communications
This one-day session gives the essentials in effective workplace communications, beginning with a better understanding of ourselves and those around us, and ending with tips for improving written and verbal communication.
Performance Management
This two-day course helps managers with all aspects of managing employee performance, from goal setting to giving feedback and documentation.
Sales Management and Leadership
This multiday program takes on both sides of selling: the nuts and bolts of sales techniques as well as motivation and leadership skills to inspire sales teams and customers to respond to your influence.
Business Writing
Our multisession business writing program gives participants a chance to learn writing and communication skills in the classroom, with time between sessions to complete assignments that apply learning to the workplace.
Train-the-Trainer
These sessions can take your high-potential workers in any discipline and turn them into effective on-the-job-trainers for co-workers. Learn about how adults learn and techniques to connect with adult learning in the workplace.
