Steve ZagarolaSteve Zagarola, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, graduated with a BS in mechanical engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology with post-graduate studies in psychology and statistics at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University. He is president of The ZDM Group and has more than 30 years of engineering, quality systems, packaging research and development, and operations management experience in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He is a frequent conference speaker on leading-edge approaches to improved productivity and quality in manufacturing and R&D.

Mr. Zagarola has pioneered the use of Six Sigma methods in the plastics, packaging, food and beverage, medical device industries and service. He has continually evolved ZDM’s approach to Six Sigma through the development of unique features and techniques designed to ensure its successful implementation. These methods have consistently generated substantial operating cost savings with returns on investment in excess of 100 percent in less than 12 months. He speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and German.

Rochelle Mucha Rochelle T. Mucha, Ph.D., is an organizational consultant with a focus on strategic leadership, learning, and change, and partners with The ZDM Group to ensure smooth and successful Six Sigma assessments and implementations. Dr. Mucha is founder of Business as Performance Art™, a registered organization development consultant certified by the Organization Development Institute; a strategic partner with CoachSource and WJM Associates, and adjunct faculty for Terry College of Business (UGA), Coles College of Business (KSU), and Mercer College. She served as regional director of training for Marriott Corporation and was affiliated with several global management-consulting firms. Dr. Mucha is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Fielding Graduate University. 

Her interactive style complements her role as coach, speaker, and facilitator. Dr. Mucha brings broad business experience across functional lines and a perspective learned from being both an internal and external associates.
