Champion Program
The Six Sigma Champion program develops the context for Six Sigma methodology and lays the groundwork for understanding how to lead and support Six Sigma. Upper-management executives are prepared to lead the changes in organization culture that are required for successful implementation. Completion of the Champion program earns leaders Six Sigma Champion Certification and is the beginning track for future Green or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification.

The ZDM Group, LLC
Portland State University is pleased to partner with The ZDM Group, LLC, to present this Six Sigma Champion training. All ZDM instructors have between 10 and 35 years experience in the application of statistical and other performance-improvement methodologies. The ZDM Group developed the basic model of its Six Sigma programs in 1996 and has evolved and continually improved its Six Sigma programs to ensure their maximum effectiveness and alignment with clients’ goals.
