6 Sigma

The preparation of Six Sigma Champion is the key to success in process development and the acceptance of culture change necessary for a winning solution.

Proper project identification and selection is critical to Six Sigma success. Champion Seminar focuses on teaching deployment leaders how to identify potential projects, select the ones with the best potential for success, foresee potential project obstacles and set realistic expectations that ultimately drive financial results.

This three-day class teaches participants about Six Sigma infrastructure, the integral roles each member of the Six Sigma community plays and how to encourage a positive culture change within an organization. Interactive sessions with hands-on project selection activities are conducted in a formal workshop setting.
